Rules for Private Events

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

These are the rules for using this facility for events. Please read the contract before signing it.

1. Maximum capacity for any single event is limited depending on indoor or outdoor activities. Please contact us.
2. Outdoor activities end at 8:00 pm.
3. Outdoor music is acoustic only. No amplified music.
4. Quiet time outside begins at 10:00 pm.
5. Indoor amplified music, if deemed too loud outside, will need to be turned down especially after 10:00pm.
6. Set up and clean up take place the day of event unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. This may require an additional fee depending or your rental agreement.
7. Please review your event contract before signing it. It is binding. You may ask for a copy anytime. A generic version is available upon request and includes payment timing and rules.
8. Guest indoor activities end at 11:00 pm, cleanup crew by midnight.
9. All food is supplied by a licensed caterer.
10. Alcohol can be served by a licensed caterer or licensed bartender only.
11. No alcohol sales of any kind. Nonprofits can pull a one day licence for special events.
12. No smoking indoors or near doorways or windows.
13. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
14. Party insurance is required. It is available through your homeowners policy or theeventhelper.com.
15. A non-refundable deposit of $500 plus tax or the full payment if less is required to hold your spot.
16. All payments due 60 days prior to event date.
17. Decorations cannot be taped, glued or nailed. No confetti, seeds, glitter or similar items of any kind allowed inside or outside.
18. Candles need to be completely contained to prevent wax dripping.
19. Table and chair rental for indoor use from Stone Chalet only.
20. Outdoor furniture stays outdoors. Indoor furniture stay indoors. This keeps our floors in better shape and helps keep our equipment is good condition.
21. Concerts and public performances are restricted. All music must be owned by the performer and they shall have full rights to perform without any royalties, dues or imcumbrances placed on the venue, musicians or promoter. This means the performance will contain all original music created by the artists and who owns the rights to perform these publicly or works performed that are in the public domain. If you'd like to hold a concert or performance for the public please contact us with your request and/or proposal. No recording, audio or video, allowed by the audience.
